brush your teeth, take a shower and make sure you smell nice bfore you leave
at the end of the date tell your date, that you had a great time
on your first date, seriously dont say anything negative, or complain. it creates a bad impression. you can talk about all the stuff you hate later, talk about something interesting.
If you are not comfortable let your date know.
when he puts his arm around you, you can slowly put your head on his shoulder.

Don't laugh too loudly when it is funny, just do a lady like laugh.
If you are eating or drinking something, don't eat or drink loudly at all, because that might be a big turn off to you guy.
Don't try to disturb or talk to him often while watching the movie.
I suggest not to make out during the movie, a peck on the lips or cheek would be alright if needed.

I still get nerved when I date it's because most people are on their best behavioral that makes things worse.
