I am going on my first date tonight alone with this guy. Only dates I have been on are group dates. I really don't want it to awkward.

Stay calm and relaxed. The odds are he is really nervous too. The odds are you two have something in common or you wouldn't be dating. Talk about something that interests you, and listen to what interests him. Oh, and wear something that you feel comfortable in, you don't want to be any more out of your element than you already are.

the tips: get a dress that;s beatiful, and not a dress that makes you fat or shows some of your ****. Don't be shy, if he makes a joke, laugh, but not too much. If he's drinking, go like ';WHAT THE #$%#$ ARE YOU DOING??!!!'; just kidding just kidding.


2. for the awkward stage, just go next to him and smile at him when the date begins. and be courageous! dont be shy because men like brave woman! lol. oh yah one more thing. if he KISSES you, he's supposed to go to you 90% and youn go 10%. LOL
while getting ready play some fun music and dress in what you are most comfortable in so your less nervous.


to get over the awkward stage talk about something fun goin on at school or about a movie you want to see. if you are the type that laughs when your nervous try to control it. Just loosen up and take deep breaths. Have fun AND just relax. The night goes by quicker then you think.
go to a public place with people around for sure. do you know this person well enough? if not, let someone know what you're plans are, just in case.... . as for the awkwardness, just be yourself that way the person knows what kind of person you are. that way there will be no misleading.

just talk to him about stuff. school, music, intrests. get to know him better ask him about him self as well as tell him about yourself. you can always ask him what he's doing for christmas and stuff to show him your intrested in the future. goood luck =)
welll talk about your likes and dislikes get to know him and never go to his house alone on the first date ok and just act like you and only you because if you fake it he cud think the wrong thing of you!!...
maybe u guys should go 2 da movies,go out to eat datz wat u should really do b/c most girls dont lyke 2 eat in front of their dates and jus be yourself it wont take dat long for u to get over the awkward stage

Don't hesitate to tell this person that you're really glad to see him\her. Dont speak a lot - just better be good listener.
