Don't ask until you've allowed her to reach a high estimate of your income. Have on some expensive shoes and watch at the very least. If you get the chance have your wallet out and open, let her see you have plenty of cash and at least two decent credit cards (visa, mc or amex - no discover!).
Start up a conversation and ask her if she is free on fri. night for dinner and dancing...... that's one way.....

Well that depends on a few things. If she's someone you just meet ( as In an hour or two ago) Then you want to feel her out. Is the conversation flowing?. is she laughing at you corny jokes? these are ways to tell you have enough chemistry to go ahead and ask her out. HOW? Easy. the best way is to just come out and say it. Something like '; Tina I had fun we should go out, I bet we'd have a blast.'; If going out to the club or the bar isn't your thing, find out what she likes to do. Got a hook up with some concert tickets invite her.you want to take her some place that she's not going to feel like your hitting on her. Her liking you will come naturally.
