My first date...any tips?

I think it's his first date too... we're in 9th grade and it'll be just us, no friends.

He's pretty shy, can be outgoing with his friends, but gets nervous and kind of quiet around me. I'm a little outgoing(used to be shy), and I used to be able to talk to him comfortably, but now I get nervous %26gt;_%26lt;

So we're going ice skating, and I'm hoping we will both have an easier time talking since we won't be in school and eh you know.

But do you have any tips for a first date?

Any good topics to talk about just incase its awkward? My first date...any tips?
I suggest that you think about questions you can ask him about himself. Even modest people like to talk about themselves, plus you can learn a lot about someone without spilling your whole life story to them and risk embarrassment. Ask him about his family, how many siblings, did he have any pets, if so what kind... places he's gone on vacation. Things he used to do when he was a little kid, etc.

You will be surprised how much silence is worth also. Those moments where neither of you are talking, just watching people go by... those are the moments you will remember on your first date. It won't be what he said or what he did, but how you felt during those ';awkward'; moments.

Best of luck, and remember to HAVE FUN!My first date...any tips?
Tiips:

1. Do NOT make it intense,,or awkward.

2. Take abouut:

-School.

-Family.

-Fun times. (times that were fuunnyy)

-Any fav things (colour, food etc.)

-Friends.

3. Bring money, dont let him pay for EVERYTHING!

4. Dont go to the bathroom alot..it would look weird.

5. Just dress normally and dont overload on makeup.

HAAVVEE FUUUNN XD
Just be yourslef. Dont be nervous everything will be fine.i think that ice skating is a great sounding date. Uh ask him what are his interests. like hobbys, favorite color, fav animal things like that..
You just have to make observations on the surroundings, on each other, what you guys are doing/watching/enjoying, and on future plans (LIMIT THIS, and don't sound clingy, tho!). A good talker can make things fun based on those 4 things alone!
ask him about himself stuff he would tell you in school...icebreaker are really movies that out...or stuff that happened in school if anything funny happened or just talk about some mean teacher or good ol' ones..good luck on your date and have fun good night kiss remenber that guys loves that shows that your really into him
if your gonna calculate your moves then it takes the fun out of the date...just go with the flow, if you do run out of something to say then just give him a kiss on the cheek...hahahahhaa :D :D :D :D:D
1. Be yourself

2. Act calm

3. Smile and be nice

4. Don't be afraid to talk

5. Never be silent

6. Yet don't get too crazy

7. DON'T have sex
1. Try not to fall while ice skating. If you do, laugh it off.

2. He's just a guy, don't be nervous.
Don't get too nervous.

Just go with it and it will be fun. That's pretty much it, just have fun with it.

Dates are really enjoyable if you aren't too awkward about it.
just ask him like his hobbies and stuff,

if you allready know them bring it up,

since he knows those it will be easy to

talk about.
movies, music, weird teachers at school, ask about his family
just be your self, have fun and do something he likes :)
Just be yourself and talk about things you enjoy.
Just be yourself, Smell good, practice your smile, and have fun!
