I have no idea how to put on eyeliner. HELP!I have a date! need tips on eyeliner!!!!!!!!?
okay well its actually better if someone helps you in person because its really hard to explain over a computer or on here, but I'm going to try my best. First of all, if you wear contacts make sure you put them in BEFORE using the eyeliner. Secondly, make sure you face is clean or it wont go on smoothly. okay now is the time to wear the eyeliner. Gently with your index finger and pull down you skin a littler near your eye, then as you are holding it down with your other hand use the eyeliner where you bottom eyelashes are, and just draw along that line, don't be rough with it. That's all that i can say or explain on here

pencil or liquid?





If you are using liquid and it is NOT water proof then just swoop it messily across your lid and use a wetted Q-tip to fix the line and make it nice and smooth





If you are using liquid waterproof do the same technique but instead of wetting the Q-tip with water, cover it in lotion so the oils will take off the waterproof eyeliner





If you are using a pencil be sure it is sharp and pull the corner of your eye slightly so your lid straightens out a bit. follow along the rim above the lashes and fix any mistakes
