What are some tips for double dates?

A friend of mine and his girlfriend are setting me up with one of her friends, for a double date with them. First, I don't know her (the girlfriend) that well to carry conversation that would be normal to acquaintences. Second, after the invention of myspace, a lot of normal conversation is elimated through profiles. Where do you go from here? I don't want to create awkward conversation between me and my friend and avoid it between his girlfriend and her friend.What are some tips for double dates?
try to get them to take you both out dancing. get up and dance and ask and answer lots of questions. that way you get to know her personaly and with out interfearence from your friends.What are some tips for double dates?
Just because myspace states what they want people to know, dosen't mean that can't can't talk more in depth about some subjects. It will Show them that your actually interested and not just their because you had nuthin better to do. Once you get talking, it can be really fun. But don't forget to talk about yourself as well, so you can relate to some stuff. Try to stay away from the embarrassing stories.
Myspace has changed the rules/image of dating. People don't take the time to get to know you. They think it's spelled out on your website. They think they know you.





. Have a glass of wine before you go. Pretend that you never even met her on Myspace and are meeting her and seeing her for the first time. Relax, have fun, and go with it. After all, it is ONLY a date, not a marriage. If it works, cool, if not..... no loss; it wasn't meant to be. NEXT!!

I personally don't think it's a good idea to go on a blind date on a first date on a double date. First of all, you should never go on a group date as a first date. It should just be you and her. But it's up to you.
