What to do on a first date? Tips and Ideas? Thanks!!?

I'm taking a girl out tonight to a cafe (pretty casual) around 7pm to get to know her a little more as we met last weekend and hit it off pretty well





I'm going to wear a nice blue shirt, nice jeans and shoes with a black coat/blazer thing, hope that's okay since we're not going to any place fancy.





What are some things we can talk about during the date? What are some things we can do after the date? Like where can I take her, where do I suggest we go, etc?

Well if you're going to a cafe (I'm assuming it's just a coffee place... like Starbucks or something similar), then it's going to be really casual and just going to be a chat session.





Just talk and ask her about her life. Get to know her background, where she's coming from, how many siblings she has, etc etc. Usually I ask about hobbies and stuff near the end (you'll be able to tell when it's near the end... just watch her cup of coffee and yours and see when it's almost empty). When the cups are near empty, I'll usually try to steer the conversation towards hobbies and interests. That way, by the time you finish your coffee and sit around for a bit, you can debate the latest movie rankings or something like that.





Discussing hobbies is also a good way to set up a next date or to figure out if you should go somewhere after the cafe. If she likes to ice skate or dance, then plan that for the 2nd date (save big events for other dates).





If you talk about anything that's not really big that you can do right away, then I would do that after the coffee date. Like if she says there's a good movie out that she hasn't seen yet, then ask her to go watch a movie after your coffee. Another example, my first gf (now ex) said she likes jazz, so we went to a live jazz cafe after we had dinner and just hung out there.

I would say you should ask her about her hobbies. what kind of movies she likes etc. Then you can just take a walk.
depending on the type of girl....if she's smartish, ask her about her favorite novel, ect.....if she likes sports ask her about her fav team, its also a goodthing if u rival her team,


you can ask her about her favorite theme parks, or whether she likes a certain coffee, or restaurant_(possible next date location!!!!) get to know her and keep a positive mind, remember, she said yes to you, so she definitly likes u already!good luck
